About

The Founder and Director of Legacy Volleyball Club in Louisville, KY., has been a dedicated coach with the club for over a decade. Since 2010, he has also served as the strength and conditioning coach at Whitefield Academy, where he has coached volleyball at both the middle and high school levels. Beyond the court, Kevin is the owner of Cross Walk Wealth Management. He and his wife, Cheryl, have been married for 36 years and are proud parents to their daughter, Ashton.

My volleyball experience started at Whitefield Academy in early elementary. I quickly fell in love with the sport and continued to play five years at the varsity level, along with club volleyball at MAVA. After signing with Bellarmine University, I continued to pursue my career as defensive specialist/libero. I ended my career in 2025 holding the record for aces in Bellarmine's Division 1 era. Not being able to stay out of the gym, I started coaching the first ever boys volleyball team at Whitefield Academy this past spring. I am currently the head coach for girls varsity team. I have always had a love for the game, but have quickly grown a love for coaching and pouring into the girls

Michael Whittick

Michael Whittick brings more than 15 years of coaching and leadership experience, including the past five years coaching volleyball at both the school and club levels with Legacy Volleyball Club and North Oldham Middle School. Prior to coaching volleyball, Michael served 20 years in the U.S. Army, where he developed a leadership philosophy rooted in discipline, resilience, accountability, and teamwork. He brings those principles to the court with a strong emphasis on fundamentals, mental toughness, and creating a competitive, team-first culture. Above all, Michael is passionate about developing confident athletes, strong teammates, and leaders both on and off the court.

been a part of Legacy Volleyball for the past five years. A 2012 graduate of Whitefield Academy, she is an alumna of the school’s volleyball program and competed in both high school and club volleyball for seven years. Off the court, Morgan works as a physical therapist and athletic trainer. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending quality time with her family.
